Since you are a unique human with a possibly complex business, one-size fits all programs and support is not what I offer. The examples presented are common ways I can collaborate with you. It is common to need help in other areas that aren’t listed below. Whatever you're struggling with in your business, you deserve to have someone going through it with you.

Digital Design Services - Prices Vary

For individual projects. Not applicable to retainer clients.
Rush requests (less than 7 business days) are subject to a 50% surcharge of the project price. Rush work is accepted only if my schedule allows.

    Packages are consistent in style and branding. For events with no established branding or multiple brand styles needed for each digital piece, additional hours will be billed at $40/hr.

Design Retainer - $350/mo

For clients who have ongoing design needs, who want to provide their established branding and have digital or physical materials created in a shorter period of time than a standard single project would take.

Rush requests (less than 3–5 business days) are subject to a 25% surcharge of the project price, with priority consideration based on availability.

  • 7 hours of reserved design time per month.

  • Priority scheduling — retainer work is completed before non-retainer projects.

 Turnaround Time

  • Standard project turnaround: Within 7 business days of receiving all materials.

  • Retainer client turnaround: For established retainer clients, within 3–5 business days for most projects, assuming branding is consistent. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time, which will be discussed upfront. Initial retainer month may require standard turnaround time while I get familiar with your brand. 

Coordination Retainer - $1000/mo
Introductory rate $600/mo until January 2026

Scope of Services

This is for clients who come with a vision — a retreat, an offering, a new way of sharing their work — and need a partner to help bring it into form. My role combines business brainstorming, mental clarity, and execution support so your ideas move from inspiration into aligned action. My goal is to bring joy into your business by providing clarity and structure, and my services are ever evolving. Currently, coordination support may include, but is not limited to:

  • Vision & Clarity Calls: dedicated time to refine ideas, structure offerings, and align direction. These scheduled calls are 1-2 hours long as needed. Shorter calls, voice memos, texts are always welcome inside communication boundaries. 

  • Business Brainstorming: helping you shape your elevator pitch, pricing, or package framing. Help condensing complex ideas and services into digestible bits for your target market. 

  • Strategic Planning – Breaking down ideas into actionable steps, timelines, and systems.

  • Systems Setup: shared calendars, onboarding processes, organizational templates, light website edits depending on platform.

  • Execution Support – Helping you carry out the plan with organization, communication, and design deliverables.

  • Energetic Collaboration – A supportive, co-creative space that keeps you motivated and clear, without the overwhelm.

  • Ongoing Oversight: monitoring progress, reminding of timelines, and ensuring follow-through.

 Event Specific Scope of Services

Included as needed if you have an upcoming event, online or in person. Events need more time to properly execute, and I will not be taking on new clients with an event coming up in a short period of time. For Full Journey Events (a vision-to-reality collaboration): ample time is needed, usually 3-4 months of planning, or established clients may pay a rush fee. Retainer clients may need to take a break from other ongoing projects while event plans are being worked out. There is no change in fee, only that we have open communication on expectations regarding work already in progress. 

  • Event Brainstorming: From vision to execution, we can collaborate on locations, services, scheduling, collaborators, accommodations for guests etc. 

  • Vendor & Participant Communication: acting as your point of contact to keep everyone aligned.

  • Event Support: arranging printing (local or online), coordinating vendors, and handling details on your behalf.

Digital Projects

  • The first main deliverable (flyer, event set, document template, etc.) will allow for fluid edits to establish tone, brand, or structure.

  • Once a style is in place, future edits will be contextual only (e.g., swapping dates, details, or text) to keep us on track.

  • This protects both of us from endless cycles of change while ensuring your voice and vision remain clear.

  • Additional edits beyond this scope, including brand adjustment or redirection can be accommodated, but may require an additional fee or adjusted timeline.
